Individual Sessions

One on one sessions focused on your unique needs. Our sessions together will focus on your mental, emotional and relational wellbeing in a confidential and personalized space. We will work together to gain self compassion, self awareness, insight and tools for behavioral changes.

Partners Sessions

Sessions with your partner, partners, family members or other significant people in your life. Partners counseling is a collaborative process focused on understanding relationship dynamics, improving communication, identifying patterns, forming agreements and disrupting conflict patterns.
